Visit during the Christmas period if possible. The landlord straps 90 Christmas trees to the facade of the building and it looks spectacular.
Check out the high line, finish at Chelsea market where you can devour the excellent pork tacos at this establishment.
Good rooftop bar with shade. The previous great view of the Manhattan skyline has sadly now been blocked out by the tall apartment blocks and hotels being thrown up in the area. Good chilled vibes.
Huge doubles in styrofoam cups. This is as close to a UK pub with a New York flavour as you’re gonna get. Sleep off your drunken stupor in McCaren Park (in the summer obviously).
Comfy seats, unobtrusive service whilst the film is one and reasonably priced. Would deffo recommend.
Highly recommended for a more than decent slice when on this side of town.
