The most beautiful beaches in NJ are here in Cape May County! Seven Mile Island, comprised of Avalon and Stone Harbor, is my favorite. Stone Harbor is a beautiful walking town in the evenings as well!
Great family Boardwalk. Not rowdy. Plenty of eats. Mornings are good for a run or walk. One complaint too many bikes in the morning traveling really fast.
By far the best ice cream place on the island & planet. Get a kiddie vanilla & chocolate swirl with rainbow sprinkles (on the top and bottom), cookie dough, or cookies & cream. Never disappoints!
Awesome place to watch taffy being made and a ton of interesting flavored to choose from.
Cool shop with the walls filled with pics of tons of famous people. The food is fresh made to order. These subs are huge a 12 inch sub is actually a half sub. Prices are great & so was the service.

I have never encountered anything here I don't like. An amazing gluten-free cafe. After one bite, any pre conceived notion you had about food sans gluten will be gone. Great beverages too!
The scoops are not just "big", they're huge. The ice cream is super creamy and delicious. I got vanilla, which was still really flavorful.
Everything is delicious. Kid friendly, bourbon shakes, and incredible food. Reuben was excellent, pancakes were a dream, and the kale salad was fabulous.
This is THE BEST ice cream around, hands down. Everything tastes fresh and real- not artificially flavored. Coconut is to die for with dark chocolate covered almonds. The dairy is right down the road
One of the few remaining drive-ins left in the NJ/NY area. Good FM sound and classic snack bar. Three screens each showing double features every night.
Go when they have released the water. Waves are up to 3 feet high! BYO creek sneaks and get ready to brace yourself. This ain't your grandma's lazy river. Don't fight the rapids or you'll fall out.

Tate's chipwhiches are in the self-serve freezer by the coffee and are worth every calorie. The ice cream is so good.
Great beach in Southampton, arrive early to rent chairs and umbrellas or bring your own. Snack bar is reasonably priced with great food and daily specials.
Very kid friendly. Among other things, they have a cabinet full of toys.
No trip to Bridgehampton is complete without a visit to the Candy Kitchen. It's a crime if don't get a milkshake or ice cream.
