Huge gym with loads of different kit, big swimming pool and decent cafe. Very reasonable membership for a gym in central London.
An amazing gym. Space, scale, variety and a unique and friendly atmosphere in the very heart of London.- Quiet in mornings, busy in the evenings. It's dead on a Sunday afternoon (my favourite)
One of the better equipped gyms in London. Still tiny free weights area and severe lack of oxygen at peak times.

Get fit. Get gym. Positive Health is a great way to stay in shame and socialise.- Great community based gym with a non-intimidating environment.
Best publicly available Pilates studio in town - you don't have to be a member to go.
The pool is fairly empty at 655 to 715. Along with the sauna. :) I have a lane to myself most days.
Definitely Jazz Dance with Mani and Ballet with Soleil on Monday, and Street Flava with Eli on Tuesday. ;)
If you want to do a run/cycle/whatever during your lunch hour, try holding out until after 14.00 ... it gets a lot quieter. Leia mais- Best venue in town for Zumba !!! London live fitness
Rebecca BittnerFevereiro 27, 2014Note that it closes at 10, not 10:30. Doors lock at 10:30, but the time between is meant to shut the gym down not exercise!- Towels are £1.50 - smell like vinegar though...
- The treadmill second from right, first row (as you're facing the TV screens) doesn't have that irritating 25 minute time restriction.

Cheaper to use the Internet here and get a workout in than pay for ibahn in the hotel
Poolside goggle bucket = best thing in the world when you've forgotten your own!
Try the capoeira class, it's great! It's on Tuesday 6:30pm and Saturday 11:30am
