Ask for Robert Gonzales in the service department. He's the best!
Ask for Jose Tijerino in service and parts... always goes above and beyond!
Go upstairs to the quiet lounge and relax in a massage chair.
Avoid Brian DeCosta if possible...I have yet to see or experience a positive encounter with him.
