Reserve early (10:15 or 10:30 AM). It gets really crowded in the afternoon/early evening. Pay extra for silk, less breakage. Use eye cream when they get dry or irritating to save your lashes.

Basically an eyelash extension sweatshop, with pros (it's not hard to get an appointment) and cons (lots of noise and very bright lights). Cheaper than most and you get a discount if you pay in cash.
