This sounds weird, but the water here is the best tasting water in the city. Just go with it.
If you get there at 4:30, right when they open, you're sure to have a special experience. It's quiet, not insanely packed, and the chefs are in a good mood and like to chat while they work.
Specials are always good, warm tomato slices are perfect and Benson knows how to make proper cocktails.
