I have only negative things to say. Internet is down. No hot water this morning and the heating was defect. Poor rating.

The hotel is nice but not sure it’s five star status. Also no place to charge your phone near the bed...location is good.Food etc is rather expensive .

In the USA every McDonalds has free WiFi, in this very expensive hotel you have to pay extra for wired internet. That it slow like back in the 90's on top of that. #fail
