The veal chop is fantastic. Light mushroom sauce and lovely sides. A glass of Sancerre to complete and the chocolate mousse as finish. Then off to bed!
The surprise menu was fantastic! All 4 dishes were appreciated a lot by everybody in our group. The place is tiny, simple and charming. Will be happy to come back there when in Cannes next time!
Enjoy a welcome break from the Cannes Lions madness. Chef Jean-Pierre Silva is particularly good on fish, notably lobster and red mullet, but can also come up with a nice grilled quail salad.
